Is your numlock on? Are you using the numpad keys and not the keys at the top of the keyboard? are you hearing activated when you press the numpad keys?

Yes, num lock is on and I use numpad keys, I have used many of your trainers before, so i know how to use them. But there's another thing i've noticed...in the main menu, if I press F1, it doesn't say "activated" until i press "next" at the bottom right corner...I tried this several times, the activated message comes, then when I load a level, nothing (although the firs time I used the trainer, it said "on" when i pressed Num2, but that's about it, after that, never worked again)

I tested the trainer and it does actually work, the problem is that the keys are earth shatteringly bad at responding, also it will only activate in certain areas, it wouldnt do it on the main screen for me, i had to be in the game on the exit menu????? not sure whats up with that.
Also, the health doesnt turn OFF, same as all other options, it just doesnt inject any more value into the locations i guess, so you still have infinite health and ammo until they run down or you restart a game.

try activating the trainer during the actual gameplay portion of the game and see if that works better-
regarding heatlh, it injects a large value into the health address repeatedly. it has to be large to sustain very damaging effects (such as missles, etc.). however, when you turn it off, the large value remains, although it will deplete with time and you will eventually die-
we may be able to address some of these things when the actual game comes out-
