Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Message Board  

There are many ways to get items, like making a mod that has a chest full of equipment, or using the in game item spawn, but sometimes you just want to duplicate an item or bunch of items like ingredients without the hassle.

Well, I was fooling around with some mods the other day and figured out a way to do it. First, it will require two mods:

Doppleganger
You'll need to go to the first edition and buy a book to get the Doppleganger spell. This spell creates an exact copy of you and all of your items for a short period of time.

Companion Share & Recruit
This mod allows you to recruit companions out of just about anyone as long as they like you. See where I'm going with this?

After you have those two mods activated and you have the spell, make sure you're carrying all the stuff you want duplicated. Summon your doppleganger, then talk to him, click on "Friend", and ask him to join you.

When/if he accepts, click on "Companion Share" and take anything you want. This will duplicate everything you have, including money. The doppleganger will then eventually disappear but the items you took will remain.

You can do this as many times as you want whenever you need it.
