I have Vista 32 bit and I cant get the trainer to work, the Trainer says it cant find Bioshock then when I started up Bioshock it said loading Bioshock.exe. That was it I hit F1 at the menu and didn't hear an "activated". Not quite sure what to do.

Try using the no-cd fix and run the trainer at the splash screen when the game is initially loading.

Ok I get the "activated" but they don't seem to do anything. Also the trainer says Trainer Ready! so I figure I'm almost there. And I'm not too sure what the no-cd fix is...

you can get the fix from gameburnworld.com. If the options aren't doing anything but you're hearing activated after each one, then you have something blocking the trainer. Antivirus, antispyware, Vista permissions, etc.

With other trainers it says to hit F1 at the main menu, and I'll hear the "activated" if I'm supposed to do it for these Bioshock trainers then somethings wrong because I don't hear it when I press F1.

Not all of them were programmed that way. Check the trainer documentation for instructions.

If an antivirus/spyware thing/Vista's overprotection were blocking it, would a message pop-up telling me it's being blocked? Because I don't get anything telling me it's a threat/needs admin approval.

No, it wouldn't tell you. The options just wouldn't work because the trainer can't write to the game's memory space.
