ummm... the pc version does indeed support co-op carrer... its the second option from the top on the main menu... just plug your guitar into a usb port, and it will let you use the keyboard/mouse as the second controller, OR you can go buy the stand alone xbox 360 wired guitar and plug that into a second usb port and use both guitars (this is what i do here with my family)
