Do the burglary missions. And the best thing to do is find 2 houses next to each other that you can rob. Go in one of them and take the TV. Then go in the other and take the TV. If you go back in the first one, the TV is in there again. Just keep alternating and you'll get over $20000. When you enter a different house, the stuff you stole from the first one reappears so you can keep switching houses and get easy money.
