Does any know how to proceed after Chapter 3 of the existing Walkthrough?

the game is rather linear. so simply take all the quests you can get and try to solve them.
they can be usually reduced to a "go there, kill this X times", "go there, bring X of Y back to me", "bring X to person Y in station Z", "go there and kill X with weapn Y", etc.

and if you get problems with a particular quest, memorize the name of the quest and google.
if you get problems, propably someone else allready had problems there, too.
so the possibility that someone wrote something on how to get past your problem is pretty high. =)

just keep trying
its a good game. =)
(except for the bugs)
