The trainer makes the game crash all the time! The trainer functions works perfect but it's very annayoing when it's crashing all the time. Is there anything I can do?

I'm plaiyng: CoD 4 (PC), Assassin's Creed (Xbox 360), Skate (Xbox 360) and a little Gears of War (PC)
