Here's how to get to destroyed belt. Have 15 Megas in your party/farm/digibank and start quest 60. Beat the other 6 Demon lords then you'll get told by the last demon lord about it. Afterwards you'll unlock Destroyed Belt.

k i got 15 meags but how do i get or start quest 60 in digimon world dawn.
i already defeated the gaia origin challenge 2 months ago also how do i get 2 platnium rank with action replay
hope u have the codes for action replay cuz im dying 2 defeat the whole god damn game 4 crying out loud

Destroyed Belt is not available in Digimon World: Dawn/Dusk. In the original Digimon World DS, you need to get 15 megas after you have beaten the game then re-enter the digi-farm to start the last quest. But on Dawn/Dusk, you can't obtain this at all.
As for action replay codes, below are ones you could use to defeat the whole game:

As for getting to Platinum Rank, use the FAQs on GameFAQs.

k i defeated the whole game but wat bout the quests i only completed 72.9 % of the quests, wat now?!?! 🤔 🤔

Complete them all by fully completing all the requirements to begin the quests one at a time. To do this, press 'Select' to view the requirements and do them.
