first how are you deploy your men and equipment.
you have 5 ff counting the medic break into 2 teams ventilate the window keep in mind to save lives first before u deploy your men send engine around to west side of buildind to begin fire supression use three men to search for victims use team 2 inside to begin supression attack the library first second alarm should be your specialist for electric and gas 3rd alarm ladder truck to nuke facility fast
keep track of all your personnel and what they are doin
im in that level as well i had made it to campaign 2 when i had to are install on my windows program and lost all my data
