I'm cool. Old one works fine after the repairs. No problems and I can play any game I desire.

Disable all firewalls and anti-viruses and see what happens.

Could you describe what the error says exactly? I have a feeling it might be a problem related to your graphics card, as it is a little outdated.

Um, not exactly. I was referring to whether or not there would be some sort of pop-up window shouting "exception!", or something.
Nevertheless, it appears that your graphics card is outdated, and therefore does not contain the shader model inside it to match the game's demands. Therefore you need to upgrade your graphics card in order to run the game.
