Whenever i try and run the trainer it crashes on startup, I have disabled firewall and anivirus. So my question is this what do I need to run the trainer?

Have you read the trainer troubleshooting guide and tried everything mentioned? Like the no-cd fix? Disabling antivirus, antispyware, running as Administrator, running trainer after game, etc.

So the trainer crashes before you even run the game? You either have a corrupt download or something on your system interfering with the trainer (like antivirus, etc). You should try to re-download the trainer and make sure you extract it from the archive to the game's folder.

I have disabled and even uninstall ed my anti-virus. Turned off firewall. I extracted the trainer into the game folder after re downloading it. It still crashes, Do i need Something on my computer to get it to work a specific software etc?

No, it works for everyone else, not sure what the problem is.
Did the Neverwinter Night 2 trainer you downloaded work ok?
I downloaded your customized trainer for The Witcher and it ran dine on my system with no crashes.
