Here's the readme on the options:

Using this Trainer
------------------
Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.
Listen for "Activated".

Press desired option key



Options
-------

Numpad 1: God Mode- You are invincible to most attacks while on foot.
May not work when in vehicles or using mounted weapons, etc.
Numpad 2: Ammo- Unlimited Ammo. May not work in all instances.
Numpad 3: Grenades- Unlimited Hand Grenades. May not work in all instances.
Seems to work best in Training mission.
Numpad 4: Save Position- Save current location of your unit.
Numpad 5: Teleport- Instantly teleport to saved position.
Numpad 6: Revert- Undo Teleport
Numpad 7: SF Jump- Shoot your unit 50 feet in the air. You will die without
God Mode on!
Numpad 8: SF Dive- Shoot your unit 50 feet down. May not be wise to do
this while on the ground!

Not sure if it is the trainer, but my computer started crashing (BSOD) after I begin using it. I am still testing to see if something else is causing it (using Vista 64, Arma + Queens Gambit v1.08 international). Event Logger indicates the following errors, let me know if someone else running the same config is having the same issues.

A request to disable the Desktop Window Manager was made by process (ArmA)

Does this trainer work in the new ARMA Gold package that was released a month ago? Not sure if it is version 1.08, but it includes the expansion pack Queen's Gambit. Please advise, thanks!

We're not sure, we haven't tested it.
