I'm having trouble at these places:
Kilika Island : Where do you get "Invincibility"?
Luca : What do you have to do to get Episode Complete and where is the "Invisible Moogle?
and also at Besaid Island, why Beclem didn't give me the War Buddy Sphere as mentioned in the FAQ?
Please help me.

All these things are dependant upon other things u've done through out the game and if u didn't do them u won't be able to get theses things.
For Kilika u can only get the invicible accessory if u looked at the Youth Fort from the camera once every chapter, if u did that u need to talk to that camera guy on the boat and he'll take u over there and u can get the accessory.
The invisble moogle is on the balcony that's right opposite the stairs to the Mi'ihen Highroad, the balcony from FFX where Yuna and Tidus talked after he first became a guardian.
The war buddy sphere can only be obtained if u talked ti Beclem through the commsphere's in the 2nd section after u get Tobli and if u didn't talk to him u couldn't get it.
