Does the trainer even work?

Actually it does. If you dock at a planet or station and press F10 you will have unlimited money from what you have accept when you buy a new ship. That costs no matter what. BUT!!!!
I know a way were you can get gain money with out leaving the planet or station you docked at. First before you buy a ship you should get at least a couple of Mil. In order to do that you do this.............. 1st, after pressing F10 go to the add ons or equipment dealer and buy as much of the most expensive thing there is. 2nd, After doing that DON'T leave the the screen, just click the sell butten till you have no more of that product you bought. Now you should have double the money with out losing any at all. Do this as many times as you want and you will become a millionare. I got up to 55 mil. and then i just stoped because i got max out ships and escorts. Happy Hunting

doesnt work with latest/last version sadly, also once you activate it, even if you deactivate it, it crash's the game once you try to leave port/planet...

where would i request a refresh?

dude its been broken since before 2008, if they havent fixed it already they wont.

gotta try tho... I mean maybe they read the other guys comment and decided they didnt need to take a 2nd look into it...

I remember EV on the PowerPC... such a GREAT game!
