I still need help regarding my crashes... Anyone knows the problem?

unless you give some specifics NO ONE can help you...
Minimum:
When does it crash? be very specific Are there any error messages, or does the game just quit? What other stuff is running? Do you have a cheat running?
What specific equipment are you running, have you updated the drivers on your video cards (delete old drivers, install new ones... or just re-install.)
...so many reasons... but to ask the question, you have to give information first.

It crashes at the extact point when i enter the double door on the first mission (Passed the two guards) and there are no error messages and i've tried to run it without anything else running and i do NOT have any cheat on when i'm playing.
