Guitar Hero 3: Legends of Rock Message Board  

I've been flowing right through the game faster than you can say shwoop but what I'm having trouble with is this achievement. I've tried it on easy and every single time I keep messing up. I then tried a controller and oh yeah, it helps but it still gets tricky. Anyone got this achievement yet? If you do, can you give me some advice?

I've got it. First, change your guitar to a Les Paul to make your music smoother because it was a guitar used by Slash and others. (Slash is my top favorite guitarist) Adding, instead of taping the whammy bar on every note, tap it once then finish each note. Especially for the short ones. If you need practice, practice it on slow or slower until you got the beats down.

Alright I got the long ones down, but the short ones are very hard. How can I do those?

Just go to medium or hard, and hold the whammy bar down the entire song

Just make sure that you don't miss any long notes.

i got it on my first try. i just taped the wammy bar down and played the song normally. makes the notes sound weird but hey, i got the acheivement. also try doing this for when you were young, it sounds horrid but funny.
