Save the file, extract, run the trainer, start game, press the appropriate keys in-the-game (that includes using num lock when accessing the number pad), have fun.
Specific instruction set: Press F1 at the game's main menu, then number pad options one-by-one and hear the 'activated' sound (input whenever you are within the game).

WinRAR formats are compressed. Save the file on your hard drive.

Extract the archive on your desktop/hard drive (anywhere you want) and run the trainer.Read also the including .txt file.
