@rygarr + @WenomGrip + @Gaunt:
READ THE F*CKING MANUAL and u'll know the answer ...
It's not a Bug. Everthing is working fine. Settlers 6 uses an intern Server/Client-system. The Trainer will only change the Serverside values. U can not see the Server-side-values while playing (the real values). The values u see on your screen are Client-side-values ... I'm not very good in explaining that stuff and I'm not a native english speaking person ... so better rtfm!

if you got negative values in your storehouse, you can't deliver goods for the quest
thats why they complained about the negative value

I haven't encountered negative numbers yet, but I have noticed that certain buildings are also affected by this option even when you don't select them. In fact, they can be completely off screen while this option is used.
For instance, I want to use this option on a hunter and a woodcutter only, and while the butcher stores are not affected, the tanner is, and in a very confusing way.
Whatever was in the store, it gets reset to 3 out of 9, and while this does not seem to affect the server-side figure of how much is in the store (for promoting my knight it shows the server figure I assumed), it messes with what you see in the top of your screen.
Regardless of whether the store lost items, by going from 7/9 to 3/9 for instance, the top bar seems to show an increase by three items, now showing that there are 10 pieces of clothing.
I remind you: I am not using this option on city buildings. I'm only using it on gatherers (not upgraded of course). Nevertheless, some city buildings are affected unintentionally. This does not really relate to the original post perhaps, but it is something not described in the readme.
