I have updated my game to 2.201 the problem is i cant get the 2.201 trainer to work whenever i click on it nothing happens. Can any1 tell me what am i doing wrong or is there a problem with the trainer?

Make sure you're not running the trainer from the zip file. Extract it to the game's folder and then run it.

Is it possible to play the game without having the newest version of the game?Do you have to downloaud the patches before you can play the game? thanks
