It's kinda hard to understand what you are asking (or IF you're actually asking something) when you don't use punctuation.

I think you're asking about multiplayer and in that case I think the answer is that consoles have different servers. I may not be correct, but so far most of the network games that have tried to put console and PC gamers in the same network have failed.
