do these hacks work with 1.1 cause i followed the instructions to the t and they dont wanna work

Same here. Version 1.1

Tried it with just the ammo, doesn't work at all.

They work ok. Make sure you are at least at the baby carriage and get the pistol. Then I activate them. The lines will self erase if you close them game so make sure you activate them with no trainer running since its unstable on 1.1. Once activated, save and you will have them throughout your game. Nice to have electric gel at the start since that seems to work best with big daddy's.

Same problem here...
Hacks don't seam to work.
I changed that User.ini but when I searched for i.e. F7, I found it a couple of times.
Changed a few, but no effect.

Correction:
I now tried it on the following file at this location (in Windows Vista):
C:\Users\[YOURNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Bioshock\User.ini

Changed a couple of F7,10,11 & 12 and it now worked!
