The only people that dont like this game are the ones that cant drive realistically.
Generalisation, and not necessarily true. It's more accurate and safer to say that people who don't like this game are hardcore fans of the NFS franchise who loved the unrealistic feel to the game. Games like NFS Hot Pursuit 2 would be ranked in their all-time favourite games. They might not like the revolutionisation of the franchise by ProStreet, and like the do-what-you-want-and-get-away-with-it feel of Carbon, Most Wanted and even the Underground series.
I personally am a hardcore fan of the NFS series, but unlike most fans I am adaptable to the change of pace, scene and gameplay of new games. I've been heavily involved in the real-life track scene lately (PM me if you want to know), and I think that what EA have done is superb. Encouraging people off the streets is the first step forward to get people on to the tracks. It's brilliant. Although it's far from perfect, with the driving physics a little shabby and the performance figures a bit odd, I reckon it's a winner. Not perfect, but still kickass anyways.
