Here's the readme on the options:

    Options
    -------

    Numpad 1: Health-
    Numpad 2: Power-
    Numpad 3: Experience-
    Numpad 4: Attributes-
    Numpad 5: Skills-
    Numpad 6: Palladium-
    Numpad 7: Experience (+)100-
    Numpad 8: Experience (-)100-
    Numpad +: Add Level
    Numpad -: Subtract Level

    NOTES*
    -------

Numpad 1: Health- Locks your health so that attacks do not affect you. May not work
    in all instances.

Numpad 2: Power- Locks your power Orb so that you can attack with power items.

Numpad 3: Experience- Adds Experience. You must first kill something to get at least
1 experience point normally to make this work correctly. Also, you may not
level up until you kill something if you have passed the level amount.

Numpad 4: Attributes- Adds attributes points. You might need to have at least 1
attribute point for this to work correctly.

Numpad 5: Skills- Adds skill points. You might need to have at least 1
skill point for this to work correctly.

Numpad 6: Palladium- Adds Palladium. You might need to have at least 1
palladium piece for this to work correctly.

Numpad 7: Experience (+)100- Adds MEGA Experience. You must first kill something to get at least
1 experience point normally to make this work correctly. Also, you may not
level up until you kill something if you have passed the level amount.

Numpad 8: Experience (-)100- Subtracts MEGA Experience. Why would this be necessary? If you level up
too high the game may stop adding Exerience points when you kill things, which prevents you
from gaining Attribute Points and SKill Points. Use this to set your Experience back to
something Low again and lessen Your levels and then you can level up all over again, which
will afford you more attribute points.

Numpad +: Add Level- Instantly add a level to your character. Note that this does not add Skill points or
    Attribute points.

Numpad -: Subtract Level- Instantly subtract a level. Why would this be necessary? If you level up
too high the game may stop adding Exerience points when you kill things, which prevents you
from gaining Attribute Points and SKill Points. Use this and the Experience option to
set them Low again and lessen Your levels and then you can level up.

Just out of curiosity, is there a DX10 Trainer? If not, one could easily change to the DX9 version and then give it a go.

Figured out why i was having problems. For any other Panda 2008 users you may need to disable the protection against unknown threats in security to use trainers. Kinda slapped myself when i found this answer.
    Keep up the good work

Ok. I know that there are a thousand of these "It doesn't work for me posts" but I have been searching these forums for 3 days trying to figure out what i did wrong. here is what I'm doing so far:

Reinstalled hellgate, updated to newest patch, downloaded newest trainer from you guys, put in SP x86 folder, disabled antivirus, started trainer, ran hellgate, pressed f1 at main menu, hear "activated", pick character.

no matter what i press a do not hear the activated sound for the options and nothing happens, i don't get it, do i need to do something else, is the no-cd fix necessary, running regular XP, adequate hardware, nothing crazy. Please I'm begging someone help!

Is your numlock key on? Are you using the numpad keys and not the keys at the top of the keyboard?
