Sheeps trainer wasn't packed in any way (at least I couldn't find any signs of it).
Also, it seems that he didn't know about the anti-cheat methods this game uses and instead he's blaming the game for being buggy.
The game itself isn't buggy, without LIVE I'd bet that it would work flawlessly.
The reason why Calibers trainer works better than Sheeps is because Caliber has had more experience with G4WL- titled games.
Also, sheep doesn't use Vista for his testing, and Vista has a great deal to do with LIVE's anti cheating methods too (Built-in DEP [Data execution prevention I think])

If you download a tool called PEiD you can check if an exe file is packed. I ran it through it and found out sheeps promo trainer is packed with: PEBundle 2.0x - 2.4x-> Jeremy Collake.

PEBundle isn't working properly on vista so that could be one reason why it's crashing there.

Oh, of course I didn't notice that one
But He's stated very clearly that he doesn't like Vista and if you're using it and are having problems with one of his trainers then tough luck.

no problem man, and about vista, well there aren't good tools that can be used on Vista;( so people start training on XP and with some luck it the trainer also works for Vista.
