    Ok.
Now i checked readme and here it is:

Directions for playing: To use the map, look in your computer for a folder named 'Maps'. You'll find it in C:/Documents and Settings/User name/Application Data/Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars/Maps. Extract the COMPLETE Map FOLDER (not just the individual files) included in the map zip file to that map folder. Fire up the game and you should be good to go. Look for the map in the game maps section where all the other maps show up.

    Put maps in the C:\Documents & Settings\username\Application Data\Command & Conquer Tiberium Wars Data\Maps\

I think that's the directory, I even memorized it if it is correct. XP though.

It looks like the map is hidden also with 8 more hidden maps.
Where can I make them visible?

Warning: If you screw up another file, bad stuff might happen.

    Click on Local Disk
    Go to 'Tools'
    Click on 'Folder Options'
    Click on the 'View' tab
*this is where I am unsure of what to tell you to do*

    Mines check marks:
    the first 6
hidden files and folders -> show hidden files and folders
hide protected operating system files (don't uncheck it unless you know what you are doing)
managing pairs of web pages and folders -> show and manage the pair as a single file
    remember each folder's setting
    the last 3
