How to use the trainer?? pls help! on Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars PC Message Board - Page 1

hi, i m first time here, and i hope someone can help me... my PC software is Window Vista and i saw the "trainer" as i called them "cheats", so i have read them and tried them... BUT! nothing happen.. so PLS HELP ME!! i really ned help cause when i play campaign i might lost.... pls!

well first of all you have to be sure that the game and trainer versions are the same.
second carefully read the readme that's posted with the trainer in RAR file if it's there any button to press on main menu before playing.

Make sure you press the right button, like Shift and A

Well here i go...again

Ok is the trainer in the
C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Command & Conquer 3
or where ever it is for you since u have vista... its in ur game file NOT in ur Documents game file.
2nd of all
Most anti-virus have a panel that lets you choose to let this or that program run and or access internet... be careful if u mess with that.

3rd Make sure ur anti-virus is not picking it up as a virus and secretly Quarantined it as mine did with the trainer for AOE 3

Now tell me if that didnt work if not i need to get back to work and you need to reinstall the program....that also helps...as i did for me and 2 others i told 2 do. If all else fails... re-download the trainer.....(might want to try that first)

THANKS ALL OF YOU! ITS WORKS NOW! BUT! there is one problem, when i open the trainer application where it says "C&C3 not found yet. PLEASE run game" then i open my game "C&C3" and i went to skirmish to try the cheats... When i tried like example "SHIFT-B" means increase money then i heard it says "Activated" and i look at the money BUT IT NEVER INCREASE?!?! then i quit my game "C&C3" and i went to look at the trainer application and it says "C&C3 IS READY!" ITS STILL THE SAME!!??! WHAT HAPPEN!?! PLS DO HELP ME!! THANKS ALOT GUYS!

Plz direct the question my the Q/A thread for now on, And your problem may be that it is blocked like i said before by your virus protection.
