In my opinion Crysis IS the second game. Did anyone play Far Cry? I'm not sure, but this must be the story AFTER what happened in the last game.

Crysis and Far Cry are definetly not related at all. The protagonist is different and there are no refrences to Far Cry in or out of the game. Crytek is usually pretty good about delivering sequels to their games, so I we can hopefully expect one within 2 years or so for Crysis

The only thing this game has in common with Far Cry is that both games take place on a single giant island. That's it. It's not even the same island.

Far Cry dealt with a mad scientist mutating animals with soldiers to create beastmen hybrids, ala Dr Moreau. Do you see any mention whatsoever of that? Even as an easter egg? I sure don't.

Haha yeah, I really hope they make some more Crysis games standalone or expansions, I don't mind either, although I probably prefer expansions. (Cost less)
But I can't really think of anything to really improve the nano-suit without going 'over the top' Sci-fi... maybe transforming? into vehicles? but like i said, 'over the top'
Maybe X-ray scope/binoculars) I'm no expert but I'm guessing the military isn't all that far off from something like X-ray scope? I'm definatly no expert but maybe modified thermal-vision...?

    (P.S, yeah, i like smileys ^^)

Well I don't think Crysis's nano suit is to far off cause the USA has dragon skin armour ( video.google.ca/videosearch?hl=en&safe=off&q=dragon+skin+armour&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wv ) check it out. The US military is working on cloaking and Russia is apparently working on some type of device that makes soldiers run fast. Also the US has this other thing that you can jump out of a helicopter or even kick down walls. So it isn't that far fetched.

They aren't anywhere near the level of the nanosuit.

Cloaking is still nowhere near feasible enough to be used on anything smaller than a tank, and even then it currently only works if you're looking at it from a certain angle. Standing still. From far away. Without anyone or anything moving near it.

As for the strength, I think you're referring to the brace. The problem for that is the powerpack. If you turn off the brace it becomes a very heavy, very useless coffin.

So the nanosuit is not too far-fetched, but it's still out of reach of our lifetime.

Yeah, they'll need more time to make cloak device, shield generator, strength power and super speed. And it's not going to be easy to put ALL those options in ONE SUIT....
