yeah, it literally freezes the enemy still & just stands there at your mercy
my combo would be the shotgun(fully upgraded) & the one where u can cast fire(forgot the name)

Incinerate.
If you use that on someone then throw an "enrage" at them, they run up to enemies and set them on fire.
Also when you freeze enemies, use telekenisis to throw things at them.
It's a good laugh.
