ok i have a pc with out vista and i go to install the game and it says windows installer service cannot be accesed because windows is in safe mode or windows installer is not corectly installed
please help me

Have you checked to see if the Windows Installer Service has been disabled? check out this link and see if it helps Link

Not sure but you don't need vista for this game, nor do I recommend having it.

I agree. You don't need Vista. How i heard that there's more graphic cards with DX10 that will work on Vista not on XP.There are graphic cards that have DX10 and they'll work on XP.You have to choose to play with DX9 on XP or DX10 on Vista.But for Vista you don't have much games to play.
