Here's the readme on the options:

Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.
Listen for "Activated".

Press desired option key


Options
-------

Numpad 1: Health - Sets your health high and locks it there so that you are
nearly invincible. May not work in scripted events or large falls.

Numpad 2: Ammo - When activated, this sets your ammo amount to 1000.

Numpad 3: Clip - when activated, this will lock the current clip for the
current weapon so that the clip amount will not drop.

Numpad 5: Grenades - gives you 10 grenades.

Vista keeps giving me a "fatal error", Installation ended prematurely do to a error!can anyone help! Thanks
