Here's the readme on the options:

Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.
Listen for "Activated".

Press desired option key



Options
-------

To use the below options, first access the Financial Status screen under the Clubs
tab. Then activate the option you desire. Next, click on the Budget Control
button in the Financial Status screen and you will see that the item has increased.
Press the Status Button to return to the Status screen if you desire to use the
other options. Repeat for each desired option.

Numpad 1: Salaries- increase amount available for Salaries in budget.
Numpad 2: Transfers- increase amount available for Transfers in budget.
Numpad 3: Construction- increase amount available for Construction in budget.
Numpad 4: Miscellaneous- increase amount available for Miscellaneous in budget.

I am trying to buy the payed membership so i can get the 1.2 trainer, but each time i click on the Pay "Amount" button on the paypal page, i get redirected to a paypal page titled "Page not found". I have already mailed the problem, but i am writting it here too, maybe it will get solved faster. I have a few easy days when i can play, so if it can be done sooner the better. Any tips on what should i do?

That's odd, we've had many others signup today successfully with PayPal. You can always login to PayPal manually and send the correct amount to chunlimited @ cheathappens.com and put your Alias in the comment field. I can update your account manually.

Yup, i am tring now, i have never used the paypal account i have created a long time ago, and now i am in trouble. I hate it.

I cant get this trainer to work. But im not totaly sure that I have 1.2 installed so ill paste the update file and someone tell me if its 1.2 or not.

I have alsow patched the game with an nocd exe so i dont have to switch cd's everytime I want ot play another game.

PS. Im following the instructions but so far nothing.

Does anybody also have the problem when applaying the trainer the game crashes after several weeks?? its always happening even when i start up the game again without the trainer

That's a known problem. Just go through the official game forums and u'll see 2/3 endless threads about it.
