Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance Message Board  

Anyone notice while playing Forged Alliance with or without the trainer whenever you build a Fatboy UEF Tech 4 unit it is invisible under the shield. This doesn't happen in the original game so this must be a glitch. Does it happen to anyone else?

Yeah, I get that to. Turn off the instant build and re-enable it after construction has begun. Only way I know to fix it.

Yes. I have notied this too. Plus, this trainer is nothing like the original trainer for the Original game. I wonder if this can be fixed. I hate that the computer is able to instant build now. Didn't do that in the other game's trainer.

i agree, i would like to be able to enable insta build for myself without my allies getting its benifits aswell... as that usually leads to them owning the enemy... :/ i just wanna play around a bit with them :P

Yeah. Have that glitch too. I hate the way the Allied AI gets the benefits as well too. I like to play around with them as well Please fix it Calib!

Yeah, i'm also getting those "bugs" from the fatboy and the cpu also been benefited by the trainer...

Yes, happening to me too, but SoKarr's solution works. Turn of instant build, get engineers to start the build and then turn instant build back on. Works for me...
