have you tried using the no-cd fix on the digital download version with the trainer?

I did about an hour ago out of curiosity, figuring if it happend to work I was lucky, it turns out that it does work, there's a few minor glitches like it asking me for my CD key, which the download version didn't come with, but if you hit esc it presses on.
The trainer now works on the no-cd version/direct download.
