Need for Speed: ProStreet Message Board

For every other console: this is a must-buy game.

No, it's not even worth 10 bucks . I downloaded it and now I'm sorry for having wasted my time. The graphics aren't even that great and It has way too much graphic art. Makes it kind of hard to get a good look at the menu options. Apperantly EA is still trying to capilize on the Street Racing Fad in the States. When I lived there, back in the 90's, I don't remember anyone having a street car such as a Murcielago. I do remember alot of classic American Muscle cars and of course many more asian imports.

My own was and I still have it, a 1979 Mazda RX7 with a 12a Bridgeport and 51mm Mikuni saide drafts and a whole bunch of other stuff.

Best looking car and a real a kicker was a Mazda R100 running twin turbos . I once saw it take out a twin turbo 911.

My rating of the game. on a scale of 1 to 10 tacos. I rate this game 3 tacos.

I have to agree at what josefo is saying about the Street Racing Fad, ProStreet itself is a type of drag racing. It's trying to blend drag with drift, while keeping previous NFS fans happy with circuit and what's basically speedtrap.

I just dont get one thing.How can I perform a wheelie?

To do a wheelie you press down on the pad or the down arrow key, u need more BHP as well 2 get car off ground and if u miss a shift thats if for the wheelie u'll drop back down on to the drag strip .
And as for the game picked it up for £25 but not worth that choppy game play and you do the same stuff over and over should have gave you a choice were you could pick to do proper street raceing for extra money and stuff etc like b4 and just bump up the cop AI to make it harder to get away like in carbon when ur wanted lvl went up.

Well CHEATMASTER i didn't pay 70 Euro for Need for Speed: Pro Street, i gave only 20 Euro because friend of mine is working in the company that sells the games.......
