i really don't know whats going on but i recently purchased a new lcd monitor and i have upgraded the resolution on the game to 1680x1050...i know its friggin HUGE its a 22in. westing house. but anyway as i was saying everytime i try turning the cheats on it keeps on repeating turning on and off

I dont quite understand, However a simple test would give you some idea whats wrong.

Use the old monitor first, drop back to 1024x768 try the cheat, if it doesnt repeat then switch to your new monitor, keep the resolution the same and try again. It could be a Vsync issue, but that usually has more graphic glitches (screen tearing, weird looking game units, etc.)

Then again SupCom could just not be happy with your new screen
