I remember seeing previews and gameplay videos that show the destruction of buildings, anyone know how to do this? I've tried it on every difficulty (with vehicles and super strength) and nothing

Many of the less sturdy buildings especially in the hastily built KPA camps can be destroyed, walls and roofs punched in. Sniper lookout towers can be destroyed. You can also blow up gas stations but the buildings destruction is scripted. I blew up two identical stations in different parts of the game and the destruction looked identical. The game has a robust physics engine, a really crazy one if you have it set to VERY HIGH in DX10 mode. If you want to see how much stuff you can blow up in the world of Crysis use the mega-trainer and go to town blasting everything standing with the rocket launcher you will be surprised just how destructible the environment is.

Yeah, you need DX10 and Physics turn up. Then you can just turn on Strength mode and bash in most buildings that're made out of wood. The concrete foundations can't be punched down, obviously, but it's still satisfying to see what you CAN destroy. =]

I see. Something tells me my current computer won't allow that. I kinda saw that coming though.

    Edit:
I can do it as long as I keep everything else on low. It is the most kick ass thing ever.

I am currently running DX9 on high and can still knock down buildings.
So not necessarily always in DX10.
