Can someone tell me how can i get the prisoners in my prison?Ihave readed walktroughs but no help i've mobilated the cells but not a single prisoner comes.What I must do to get them coming?

After you build the housing for them you must put in beds and then build a security housing also because the game will not send you inmates untill you have security but before all that happens build a fence over the escape routes. to build them go where the guard tower building material is then click the left arrow four times to see a fence do that first or they will escape.

do you only fince in the escape rotes or do you build fincing around the whole complex like in the chalange missions??

also i posted a question about keeping the prisoners from running away when thay are farming it's the one marked "farming???????" any ideas their
