After doing Samantha's time trial you'll be given a choice of spoilers. Choose the Katana and you can get the Dual Gt spoiler as well. Once you got the Katana trade your car for the Golf GT-I. Since the Golf GT-I can;t use the Katana it will automatically equip the Dual Gt on. Then trade your car again and you will have the Dual GT spoiler for free.

they do suck but.if i remeber right u have alest 2 cars. take the golf GTI.as ur other car.
