Crysis is a kick ass game (especially the 0 gravity area) but being a fan of the oldies, I'm enjoying SoF: Payback a lot more as far as the fighting goes. Sure I have no nano suit, vehicles, or the ability to modify my weapons in real time but there is not nearly enough action in Crysis. Perhaps I should just turn off the cloak and go head on, maybe that's what it's lacking (that and lots and lots of gore). I still like Crysis but it lacks the fun of blowing off limbs and heads. PS: A knife would be nice and it would make the cloak mode a lot more fun.

A knife :O I haven't even thought about crysis not having one untill this point..I know its 2020 or sommthing but aren't knives just standard?

who needs a knife when you an superstrength yourself and punch someone to death.

So you can sneak up behind them and slit their throat. You can't punch someone in cloak mode.

Sure you can...but you uncloak....Dbl tap your melee button, i think you have to have suit short cuts on though.

I have it down to a science now...dbl tap melee-super punch....dbl tap backwards button- recloak

there is a mod where u can blow the limbs off the nk guys

On the crymod forums someone is making an enhanced AI mod that will make better use of smart props (defence, flank, cover, rally) and several others. The dismemberment mod is ok but it doesn't work on custom maps unless you modify the archetypes to use the features.
