Wanna bet?
No, actually, because I know for certain that you'd lose.
To "dub" and to "pimp" a car is to put a whole load of money into something to make it look better, and make a statement for yourself. By doing this, you are pretty much showing off your wealth, and how big your ego is. It's not artistic in any way, except maybe for the small expenditure of creativity used in selecting the appropriate "dub" equipment to make your car look better.
Art is an intricate and endless seam of design. Each line, each colour has some symbol and meaning behind it. Each and every little deatil in an artistic piece is beautiful, and well worth recognition. The attention to detail matches no other form of creative art, and the whole piece is a culmination of endless creativity and imagination. It takes time, it takes soul, and it takes character.
Any simpleton can walk into a shop, buy some chrome rims and have it attatched to his car. No skill or imagination required to do that. Not many can create an artistic piece, and it takes great skill, time and patience to do so. "Dubbing" is as mindless as spamming is. No skill required, no effort expended. You just need a big wallet, and a big mouth. That's it.
So then what you're talking about is doing all the customization yourself, rather than have someone do it for you. Wells, when it comes to real cars you'd need artistic skills and extensive knowledge,as well as plenty cash.
No really, Einstein. >_>
The focus of this debate is on the "dubbing" fad. Try and keep to it.
And yeah, you sort of contradicted yourself there, like Skyline mentioned.
