Here's the readme on the options:

Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.
Listen for "Activated".

Press desired option key


Options
-------

Numpad 1: Health - Sets your health high and locks it there so that you are
nearly invincible. May not work in scripted events or large falls.

Numpad 2: Ammo - When activated, this sets your ammo amount to 1000 for the
current weapon and fills the current clip to 100.

Numpad 3: Clip - when activated, this will lock the current clip for the
current weapon so that the clip amount will not drop.

Numpad 5: Grenades (note you must first have some grenades for this to work)
when activated, you will get 10 grenades when you use one.

Just a heads up that there's already a 1.1 update available, fixes some localization issues and minor bugs and gameplay issues.

Trainer worked great with 1.0 though, nice work, especially considering all the titles released recently yet you guys still managed to create trainers for nearly all of them.

Update 1.1 just came out a couple of hours ago. Not noticeably many changes, though apparently Vista is supported better and loading within the game has been improved. PWizard, check your inbox for goodies
