first: i still have the demo, not the full version.
anyone tried something like that:
g_suitSpeedMult = 5
It is the line directly below the other ones.

EDIT:
Look at these options: ( i haven't tested any of them yet!)
g_playerSuitArmorModeHealthRegenTime = 8
Set it to 0, and your health will regenerate more quickly in armor mode
g_playerSuitArmorModeHealthRegenTimeMoving = 10
Time it takes to recharge when you move
g_playerSuitHealthRegenTime = 12
time your health will take to regenerate if you arent't in armor mode
g_playerSuitHealthRegenTimeMoving = 15
and if you are moving
g_playerSuitHealthRegenDelay = 2.51
and the delay for health regeneration

g_playerSuitEnergyRechargeTimeArmor = 6
and the same thing with energy
g_playerSuitEnergyRechargeTimeArmorMoving = 7
g_playerSuitEnergyRechargeTime = 8
g_playerSuitEnergyRechargeDelay = 1.0

g_suitArmorHealthValue = 100.0
Your health bonus in armor mode
g_playerHealthValue = 200.0
Your health value


Here's how I set it:
