There is a bug that was introduced with patch 0. Any character created before patch 0 lost access to the minigame after patching. Its a known bug that was supposed to be fixed on the small 1.43 patch but wasn't.

Well for a quick fix just delete the toon and start over. As long as you're using 32 bit right now till hopefully Cal releases a 64 bit trainer too... you can get around the mini game bug with that.
As for WHEN... it's anyone's guess as to when, how and why they do what they do. Lots of Subscribers can't figure out why the heck they're releasing new content instead of fix the crap that's broke. From the folks I've talked to in game SP mode is like on the back burner. They're more interested in keeping the Subscribers content then those people that don't fork over the 10 bucks a month or 150 for a lifetime. That don't make sense to me. Would be more logical for them to get as many people happy as possible and maybe convert those non-subscribers into subscribers and the warez users into legal owners.
Anyway... quick fix just make a new toon. With Cal's trainer the only thing you lose is the time to blow thru quests.

As a subscriber I can say I would much rather see bugs fixed than yet another cooking recipe. I didn't subscribe to learn how to cook after hell boils over...
