Here's the readme on the options:

Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 when you are
actually IN THE GAME! Very Important!


Listen for "Activated"
Press desired option key



Options
-------

Numpad 1- Increased Health- You might still die from scripted events or large
explosions!

Numpad 2- Ammo Clip- Your clip will stay at 1000! May not work with all weapons.
Basically you will not have to reload.

Numpad 3- Ammo Total- Your ammunition for the current weapon will rise to 1000
May not work with all weapons. Also it does not work for grenades at this
time and may display the grenades amount improperly at times.

finally got some time to start playin this game, cant wait

edit;
theres a couple of downsides with this trainer, first off my health drops as fast as without the trainer, so i still die real easily

the ammo is bugged aswell, if you only have like 100 rounds and activate the ammo options, youll be shooting phantom-bullets after the 100 rounds, which means the bullets hit but dont do any damage

cant we have the unlimited life/ammo options like in the old days instead of the increased stuff? theres a trainer that has unlimited life/ammo/clip so its possible

I am going to have to agree with Intoxicated. What is the point of wanting to cheat completely if you can't? I am trying to find the hexes and stuff to see if I can freeze them, but I really suck at it.

EDIT:
Is there a way to fix the trainer on our end so that it will freeze it instead of the increase?
