DX 9 32-bit Normal Retail

Add enough xp to level up to 40ish after the intro/tutorial thing. Go into Holborn Ducts, kill something, add exactly enough skill points to take what I want, add no attribute points.

Spend skill points.

Finish the capacitor quest.

Head to next station, talk to Murmur to get quest complete.

Talk to merchant and game crashes. I log back in, and I am back in Holborn, no access to Covent.

Talk to Oarf the merchant in Holborn, game crashes.

Load game without trainer, talk to Oarf, game does not crash. Travel to Covent, talk to merchant there, game does not crash. I exit game and log back in, I have Covent waypoint now.

ok, which version are you using for the Trainer. Did you update your Hellgate game to the newest patch and if so you need to use the new trainer.

If you have all the updated patch and trainer, I don't know what other info to give cause for me I am not crashing.

I have the most recent patch for the game and the most recent trainer for my version of the game.

It still crashes every time I talk to a merchant, and occasionally when I attempt to zone.

That's odd... one of the options must not like something that's taking place with this character or events surrounding it. We'll try and take a look at it when time allows but for now just disable the trainer to move past this part.

It seems to have stabilized a bit. I can now go for stretches of up to an hour before crashing out, still only when talking to merchants however.

Sometimes game crashes when zoning. Dynamic levels dont match ur current objective, happened during 1st act, i.e. train blocking passage.
