Questions that need to be answered before you can be helped.
Operating System: Win 2000, XP, Vista
Is your game patched to latest version? 1.01 and 1.02
Do you use a NO-DVD exe?

It takes years to make a reputation, but it only takes one bullet to end it all.

I ran into the same problem when I'm using the trainer, only when I activate the trainer during gameplay. If I activate the trainer and all the options when I'm still in the main menu that it's fine, for me at least, hope that'll work out for you too.

I use the trainer with the 1.1 patch on my XP with dx9. Graphic card is a 8800 GTS. No problem at all even with the No-CD patch

no problem here i run it on 960x600 everything max except depth of field on a 6600gt
i use 1.1 no dvd i have absolutely no problems
guys definitely use that diver they recommend, and clean up your windows, as well as to mucg overclocking in the GPU can give timeshift problems - i had to reduce my overclocking to half of what i use normaly
run msconfig and take everything off the startup tab - and see if it works then (i have 1 checkmark there!)
