Hi,

The Ultimate War mod works simular to the Adeptus Collection mod in that it only needs to be placed in the correct folder to work.

After you have extracted the zip file, you will find a DXP2 folder and a readme_please.txt file.

Easy, go into the DXP2 folder and find a data folder, go into the data folder to find a attrib folder, copy the attrib folder then go into where you have Dark Crusade installed.

Once there, you will also see a DXP2 folder, go into in and there is a data folder, right-click on the data folder and select 'paste' from the menu.

If you have any other mods installed it will conflict with them, so make sure you do not have any others.

That's it, start Dark Crusade and make sure everything is working, you do not need to 'enable' this mod through the mod manager.


If you are really clever you can merge the Adeptus Collection and the Ultimate War mods together to make one big mod that is all out warfare without population caps with no build restrictions, very fun indeed.

ok when i download the adeptus mechanus mod into the dxp2 folder and extract the files i have a folder called adeptus mechanus and inside that another folder with the same nice and then in that folder 8 rar files. now can anyone help with that (ps i'm running vista)

You need to unrar the rar files for starters.

im now using the annilation mod, its great, im trying 2 get another 2 work however but i carnt(its the tabletop round up mod)ive read everything threw and threw but dosnt work, i might go back 2 v1.2 and use daemonhunters mod
