My rig is 8600 GTS 256 MB, I play it at 1280x1024, great!

Played it with my 7800GT and it works fine, even with highest graphic settings. I have finished the single player mode and what a great story. I can't wait to play the game which goes with it.

8600 GTS 256 MB? They actually make 8000 series cards with less then 512MB?? :O

Everyone else is posting about nVidia cards so thought i'd add that the game runs beautifully on my ATI X1950Pro with all options at max and running at 1680 x 1050 which looks awesome on a 22" LCD

Well, Nvidia cards are getting cheaper all the time. I just upgraded my rig from an 8800 GTX to a GeForce 275 ($200). I paid close to $1000 for the 8800 GTX when it first came out.
I'm running maxed out graphics at 2560 x 1600 on my Dell 30 inch, and getting 60 fps (limited by the vertical refresh rate of the monitor) under windows 7. So far very pleased with UT3 even though I suck at it (that's what trainers are for).
