I have downloaded the trainer +19 and double-clicked it, but it is just nothin' comin' on my screen and the computer has become extra responsive, plssssss, helpppppp meeeeee.

iv downloaded the same trainer aswell but when i run the game it crashes n wont work aslong as the trainer is running???? please help

Same here, game crashes PS: The trainer is in the taskbar.

Hey, check this out! I had the same problem with trainer +19 crashing my Mafia game when it launched. So, I uninstalled the game (not the trainer), reinstalled it without patching it. Just good old Mafia version 1.0 and the trainer did not crash it and all my option settings did not change. i.e., I did not have to go back and change all my keybindings.
I did however have to run Mafia setup first (the game does this for you the first time you run the game) and set my screen resolution back to 1920 x 1080.
