Dude we learned that in year 8 lol...
Mostly protein called Keratin. About 90% of hair is Protein made up of Amino Acid chains.

what is the density of a neutron star, you can use words and pharses as well as tablespoon pound per pound measurements if you like (3 points)

A typical neutron star has a mass between 1.4 and 5 times that of the Sun. It cannot be more massive than this or gravity will overwhelm it and it will become a black hole.
So we need to know the measurments of the "star" Before we can calculate the density.
